Leaving is the default, not a rule. Every engagement is short and finite — we map the work, subtract what shouldn't be there, and hand back something that runs without us. But plenty of partners would rather we stayed close, and that's just as welcome.

Most organisations in the sector are not short of commitment. They are short of time, tooling and a quiet hour to think about the system itself. That is the gap we step into — for a defined stretch, or for the long run, whichever suits you.

Either way, there's no retainer you can't escape and no platform you have to keep renting. We document everything in plain language and train the people who'll keep it alive. The tools are ours to build; the system we build with them is yours.
